Tuesday, December 11 – Mayoral Candidates’ Forum on Housing & Equitable Development

  • WHAT: We are facing the worst housing affordability crisis the country has ever seen. Join over 1,000 Chicagoans from across the City who want to see the new Mayor solve it. From all sides of our town, #HousingJusticeVoter citizens are coming together on December 11th to ask Candidates who are running for Mayor and vying for our votes to take a strong central stand on ending the housing affordability crisis and promoting equitable patterns of development across Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods.

Thursday, December 13 – Chicago ROAR Regional Racial Identity Crisis

  • WHAT: The purpose of the monthly caucus is to collectively grow our anti-racist, anti-oppressive, multicultural identities. Our goal is to identify and move beyond the ways we’ve been racially socialized into roles of presumed superiority and inferiority, and claim and celebrate anti-racist, re-humanizing ways of being together in community.
